Our lamps have a lifespan of 50,000 hours and a 2 year manufacturer warranty. Please contact us for any issues or concerns you may have, we would be glad to help you resolve dissatisfaction. Please see Warranty section under our terms of service.

RETURNS
If you don't like the product, simply contact us to initiate a free return process and we will refund your order. Just tell us why you had a change of heart and return the product in the same condition you received it. For more information checkout our refund policy.

We use standard Australia Post to Australia and New Zealand.

Upon purchase you will receive a confirmation email followed by an shipping confirmation with tracking number. Please allow us up to 2 days handling time.

ASSEMBLY

Simply screw the lamp shade to the lamp base in a clock-wise fashion. The LED lights will already be attached.

OPERATION

Place 2 x AAA batteries (not included) in the remote control provided to operate lamp. Refer to the controls in the user manual.

With the USB cable connected, switch the inline power to ON position and click the ON remote control button. You can use the remote control for various settings as per the user manual provided.

REMOTE PAIRING

By default, the remote in the box should only control the lamp unit provided in the box and should already be paired for use.

If the remote is not working, you can pair the remote using these instructions:

1. Start off with the lamp unplugged.
2. Plug in the lamp and switch lamp ON using the inline switch.
3. Direct remote control at the lamp you want to PAIR.
4. Click and hold the remote ON button making it flash SLOWLY.
5. Hold button until the lamp stops flashing.
6. The remote is now paired with the lamp.
7. You can now use the remote to control this lamp.

If you have purchased more than one lamp and want to control multiple lamps with one remote control, simply repeat this process for each lamp you want to control. Please ensure you do this one at a time while other lamps are unplugged.

REMOTE UN-PAIRING

If you don't want the remote to control multiple lamps, please follow this procedure to remove control from lamps you don't want it to operate:

1. Start off with lamp unplugged.
2. Plug in the lamp and switch lamp ON using the inline switch.
3. Direct remote control at the lamp you want to UNPAIR.
4. Click and hold the remote ON button making it flash QUICKLY.
5. Hold button until the lamp stops flashing.
6. The remote is now un-paired with the lamp.
7. The remote will no longer affect this lamp.
